Shipping Methods:
We offer standard and express shipping services through international carriers:

- ARAMEX
- Chronopost
Shipping Locations:
We offer international shipping to Asia, North America and Europe. Please note that additional fees or limitations may apply to international orders.
Shipping Timeline:
Typically, orders take three (3) business days to process before shipment. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are 15 to 30 business days. Please note that these are approximate timeframes and actual delivery times may vary depending on country of arrival.
Shipping Price:
Shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items, shipping destination, and chosen shipping method.
Generally, all orders of three (3) units and below weight 0.5 Kg (1.1 lbs). Orders of four (4) to six (6) units weight 1Kg (2.2 lbs) and will be subject to custom shipping prices.
We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain threshold amount, as indicated during checkout.
Order Tracking:
As a customer, you will receive a confirmation email immediately after ordering. You will receive a follow up email when your order is dispatched, that email will contain a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package through the carrier's website or tracking portal.
Returns and Exchanges:

Shipping Delays and Exceptions:

International Shipping and Customs:
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are not included in the product or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
Lost or Damaged Packages:
In the event of a lost or damaged package during transit, please contact our customer support team at support@dunzofsand.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and assist you accordingly.
